Workforce Management within the United States, capable of independently building and
scaling a staffing practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on, all-encompassing role responsible for building and running the staffing
division. You are the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
• Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with the CEO on workforce planning and forecasting
• Analyze market trends and talent pools to shape recruitment strategies
• Engage Tier-1 vendors in the tech industry to create quick wins
• Sell technology staffing services through multiple channels and leverage existing
relationships to secure new business
• Design and execute plans to achieve staffing revenue targets
• Leverage MBE certifications (NMSDC, NJ, NY, NYC) where applicable
• Represent the company at forums, meetings, and conferences
• Travel as required
Operations
• Set performance goals and ensure efficient execution of recruitment processes
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with based recruiters and partners
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Implement creative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
• Build relationships with staffing agencies, universities, and professional organizations
• Engage with candidates prior to client submission to ensure quality and fit
Technology, Analytics & Process Optimization
• Leverage ATS and HR technologies to optimize staffing operations
• Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools and technologies
• Manage resumes from recruitment boards and partners; establish internal tagging and
tracking processes
Client, Vendor & Candidate Management
• Handle all queries from clients, partners, recruiters, and candidates
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Negotiate rates with clients/partners and candidates
• Secure improved credit terms with clients and partners
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEOC, ADA, labor laws)
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all staffing activities
• Coordinate with attorneys for NDA/NCA and contract reviews
• Ensure all legal documents are thorough, accurate, and risk-free
Sales, Finance & Administrative Oversight
• Maintain all opportunities in the CRM system for tracking
• Manage Quotes, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Invoices
• Track candidate performance post-placement and resolve issues proactively
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable; follow up with customers and vendors
• Maintain all expenses in the system
• Reach out to clients/vendors to secure better credit terms
• Strategize and execute sales and marketing campaigns (email, social media, phone
outreach)
• Conduct outreach to potential customers via email and phone
2026 Sales Target
The candidate must generate a minimum of $3,000,000 in revenue for the staffing
division in 2026, with a gross margin of no less than 20%.
