This contract is designed to cover complete video conferencing environments. Available hardware and materials include, but are not limited to:

High-performance microphones, headphones, headsets, and speakers; commercial-grade displays, monitors, and digital whiteboards; specialized cameras and professional lighting; acoustical conditioning materials for optimized sound management; and technical furniture engineered specifically to integrate with and support video conferencing systems.
